Flow yourself with positive vibes !
When you wake up and face a new day, how many times do you look out the window and smile. How many times do you stop, take a deep breath in and breathe in the energy of a new day? It does not have to be sunshine; it can be a cloudy day or one with rain. The force of nature is one with the nature of the world, or the universe. Just by waking up and smiling and breathing in a new day can have a paramount affect on how your day will manifest. That moment is self-awakening moment.
If we make a comparison to waking up sleepy, staggering to the bathroom, going to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee, and breakfast and then sitting down in front of the television to be brainwashed with the latest news and events of the day.
Many of us face stressful situations day in day out, with demands and deadlines creating unbalanced feelings. I have found with our business how stressful work can be especially when having to “Please” clients and put their needs before our own. However, just by stopping and taking some time out has been the source that enabled us to recharge the batteries.
Depending on how you start your day will depend how your moods. Contemplate how good you feel. Just sit for five minutes before having to embrace the day. Then return to your normal routines of the day.
This is taking time for the self, just taking yourself for 10 minutes out of your normal routine to reflect and to be at one with who you are.

This will bring you into the present moment.
